pNeuton Model S Ventilator

pNeuton model S ventilator with CPAP for EMS ground and air transport
The pNeuton model S ventilator provides mask CPAP plus volume or pressure ventilation. The built-in CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) system allows you to start with mask CPAP and if the patient needs it, provide ventilation as well. A choice of 100% or 65% oxygen delivery lets you significantly extend transport times.

With simple-to-use controls – Tidal Volume, Respiratory Rate and Pressure Limit – pNeuton S can provide volume-targeted or pressure-limited ventilation. The built-in high output demand flow CPAP system insures critical care ventilation needs are optimized for spontaneous and mandatory breaths.

Operates with no batteries, no electrical power
Fully pneumatic, the pNeuton S does not use batteries or electrical power. And it can help you care for the most difficult patients, from trauma site to the emergency room, to the MRI, for inter-facility transport, wherever the patient may be located.

The pNeuton ventilators are critical care devices designed for use by healthcare professionals under the direction of a physician.

Test Lung – A rigid wall Test Lung is ideal to test and demonstrate the performance of all Airon products. Spontaneous breaths can only be properly simulated using a rigid wall test lung. 21002
Bed Rail Mount – The MRI compatible Bed Rail Mount will allow the pNeuton ventilators to hang from standard critical care bed rails and mobile stretchers. The mount fits securely onto the top of the ventilator and provides a sturdy support during patient transport. 21017
Pole / Rail Mount for mini Ventilator / pNeuton S / MACS epic – The Pole / Rail Mounting Bracket allow the mini / pNeuton S / MACS epic to be firmly attached to vertical or horizontal poles, such as IV pole or bed rails.  Poles up to 1.25” (3 cm) can be accommodated.  The bracket comes with a sliding plate to allow the device to be removed from the bracket.  This sliding plate is the same one that is used on the Mobile Stand.  This means the mini / S / epic can be used with both the Mobile Stand and the bracket to insure secure mounting at various locations. The bracket can also be used in ambulances to meet European EN 1789 requirements. 21018
Travel Bag – The Travel Bag holds the ventilator securely and safely for transport.  The pNeuton can be operated while in the bag.  The clear front panel, held closed with Velcro, can be opened to make control adjustments and then closed for operation.  The bag has room for a patient circuit, a side pouch for masks or other items, a bright yellow reflective stripe, hand carry strap and a shoulder strap. 21020
